I've never done a proper run with this squad, and I've heard great things about it. I'm playing on Hard this time, despite what happened with Seismic Beasts, because I've had several runs that got a bit too easy. I'm using Vextra, mission packs from kartoFlane, Machin and tosx, as well as tosx's Watchtower Security and Far Line Charters in place of Pinnacle and Detritus, and Lemonymous's Meridia in place of RST; I'm also using tosx's Cauldron Pilots, and Metalocif's Evolving Vek and Omega Vek modifiers.
Not much to say here. I'll admit to playing it safe on the mission selection because I didn't need any more cores, but the new Omega Vek didn't pull out any nasty surprises; Omega Centipedes would be easier than the normal kind if not for their HP total, and Slayer Mech doesn't give a shit about that.
