Equipment: dumbbells
Cool down: yes
The workout:
1st round: 40 sec work/15 sec rest
2nd round: 30 sec work/15 sec rest
3rd round: 20 sec work/10 sec rest
1. 2 overhead press each arm
2. alternating front raise
3. bicep curl 21's
4. alternating hammer curl
5. overhead triceps extension
6. tricep kickback
7. alternating bent row
8. back pullover
9. chest fly
10. narrow chest press
