🍂 Turmeric & Cinnamon – 1 tsp & ½ tsp

🥜 Walnuts – 3-4 tbsp
🔴 Barberries – 2 tbsp (optional)
🌿 Vegetable Oil – 3 tbsp
🥘 How to Make Classic Kuku Sabzi?
1️⃣ Prepare saffron infusion for deep color and aroma.
2️⃣ Chop fresh herbs finely and mix with eggs, flour, milk, and spices.
3️⃣ Bake the first egg layer, then pour the herb mixture over it.
4️⃣ Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 30 minutes or cook in a pan.
