This is how I repaired my Swift Bolero's Remis cab side blind hinge, which snapped a few weeks back. I'm happy to hear from anyone who found an easier method, because this was a particularly difficult job. The hinge is part of a pack from http://www.leisureshopdirect.com Here's what I bought:
