Total restoration of a heavily rusted ancient scissors with rotten handles found in a derelict shed. The transformation of this unique tool is incredibly satisfying.

I discovered these old shears completely seized up, with the original handles wrapped in decaying rope and covered in dirt. The metal was pitted and the blades were blunt. In this video, I carefully remove the rotten rope, use electrolysis to strip away the heavy rust, and polish the hardened steel to a mirror finish.
