400 GMS MINCED CHICKEN
ROAST AND GRIND
1. TSP CORIANDER SEEDS
2. HALF TSP CUMIIN
3. 2 DRIED RED CHILLIES
1 TSP KASHIMIRI CHILLI POWDER
HALF TSP TURMERIC POWDER
1 TSP GARAM MASALA POWDER
1 TSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE
SALT TO TASTE
2 tbsp POWDERED ROASTED BENGAL GRAM
1 TBSP GHEE
1 TSP LEMON JUICE
CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES
CHOPPED MINT LEAVES
