Wisconsin Labor & Industry Review Commission - with significant implications for the future of church-state separation, civil rights, and individual freedoms.

As the Court’s conservative majority continues to reshape key areas of American law, this year’s decisions highlight an ongoing shift in how the justices interpret the First Amendment’s Establishment and Free Exercise Clauses and balance competing claims of religious liberty, anti-discrimination protections, and government neutrality. Our expert panel, including Chris Geidner, publisher and author of Law Dork; Dena Sher, Associate Vice President, Public Policy at Americans United for Separation of Church and State; and Alison Gill, Director of Nominations & Democracy at the National Women’s Law Center, will break down what these rulings mean for advocates, policymakers, and everyday Americans moving forward.
