I have had ectopic beats for years, and they have been one of the main sources of my anxiety and panic. I have had ambulatory ECG's in the past, but I never exercised or really moved around at all, so during my recovery, I wanted to do it one last time and really push myself to prove to myself that all is okay. I wanted to take you on that journey with me, to show you that you can keep going despite how uncomfortable your ectopics are.
