Meet the Run 169 Towns Society, a group of dedicated runners of all ages and abilities who stepped up for the challenge of competing an official race in every town in the small yet great state of Connecticut.

From rural country roads to bustling city avenues, each race and town is a new adventure.

The rules? Just show up and run. Be it one-mile in distance or much longer, your effort counts as long as the race is timed with results posted publicly online. The aim isn't to be the fastest, but to relish the journey, the camaraderie, the joy of running. Towns ticked off are a badge of honor with special recognition along the way for 100th and 169th towns.

Those who finish the journey of running an official race in all 169 towns are crowned Kings, Queens, or Majesty. The society even celebrates our four-legged runners, because everyone's effort matters. Become a part of this vibrant community of over 4,600 members of all ages and abilities.

It's free to join, set your own goals, runners and walkers of all pace and conditioning are welcome, take as little or as long as you want in attempting the challenge. It's a personal journey with some members completing all 169 towns in a few years whereas some have no timeline in mind.
