Nomi (the light blue haired girl) was not human, she was a mysterious creature that no one knew existed. When humans found her they took her from her home and did tests on her, these tests were brutal. She was able to fight off one rainy night and run away from what the humans called a “hospital”
She got away and ended up sleeping on the ground outside. Maven and Jasmine (the two red hair siblings) found her and took her home with them to take care of her.
The next day at school they ran into Zack (black hair boy) Zack is Mavens bully. Maven is a strong guy so he doesn’t care if he gets hurt, instead he fights, Jasmine hates it when he fights. But this time Nomi came to their rescue, Nomi followed them to school because of her curiosity. She saw they were going to be in trouble and helped fight off Zack with her powers.
During the GCMV you see that Nomi suffers very bad PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder) and gets flash backs of her times in the “hospital”
You also see how her powers start to scare her new friends (Maven and Jasmine)
