Soo, yep, pretty much the title. I'll go through a good few exercises to show how much my performance in the gym went up, together with mah muscle mass!
1:35 - the before and after pictures / stats
6:40 - chest press
8:42 - overhead press
11:24 - chin ups
13:54 - pulldowns, rows
14:28 - cable curls
15:22 - cable preacher curl
16:15 - triceps - skull overs
18:00 - RDL (hamstrings, posteriod chain)
19:55 - unilateral leg extension
20:40 - average increase of my lifts and concluding marks
