As soon as I pulled up, I could see why the neighbors kept complaining about this backyard. From the street, it looked completely out of control. But once I walked the property and started digging in, it became clear there was a lot more going on than anyone realized. This family went through a house fire, and after that, life piled up fast. Instead of help, they kept getting complaints.
