TRIP REPORT | JetSMART | Airbus A320 | Santiago to Punta Arenas | Economy

My flight report for a day of planespotting at Punta Arenas is here! At the end of the Summer I went to Punta Arenas, a lovely city at the end of the world, gateway to the wonderful and mystic chilean Patagonia. I took this flight last March, in the first JetSMART flight to Punta Arenas that day. JAT301 is actually popular among early morning flyers that want to spend a full first entire day in Patagonia.

The flight was simply excellent and the views were phenomenal. The camera didn't really pick up the views that well but I took a massive load of pictures from my Nikon that have been uploaded to some pages. The views of the fjords, glaciers, lakes in the sunrise was something that had me out of words for the majority of the flight. I flew back on a LATAM Chile A321 that day about 9 hours later and the videos of these flights have been up for months now so check them out too!
