Dani Speegle — My Goals Are Bigger Than CrossFit

Four-time CrossFit Games athlete Dani Speegle opens up about her past relationship with food, how she tailors her nutrition to fuel her fitness, and the upcoming CrossFit Games season.

While qualifying for the Games and continuing to do well as an athlete is always a goal, Speegle says her goals “have always been bigger” than competing.

“I don’t know what’s gonna happen,” Speegle says, “but what I do know is in some form I’ll be out on the competition floor and trying to empower women to love themselves.”
