How I Got A Picture Book Deal! ✷ Getting Published as an Author/Illustrator

○ Hello art friends! It's Anoosha Syed here and I've got some CRAZY news to share! I recently made the announcement that I got a two-book deal with Penguin-Random House! AHH! It's been a life-long dream of mine to be an author, and it's finally coming true. :)
My book THAT'S NOT MY NAME will be coming out next year, along with an untitled book in 2023. I thought it would be fun to make a video talking about my book deal!

In today's video, I'll be going over my journey of why I wanted to be an author, writing a book, creating a book dummy, pitching it, and eventually getting the deal.
