Indulge In This Cripsy and Tasty Treat

Ingredients:
Ginger
Garlic
Basil
Salt
Black pepper (preferably white pepper if you have)
Mirin (preferably xiao xing wine if you have)
Soy sauce
Sugar
Five spice powder
Sweet potato flour
Egg whites (about 2 will do)
Procedure:
1. Grate garlic and ginger into the bowl of thigh chicken
2. Add in soy sauce, mirin and five spice powder then mix
3. Add the egg whites and mix again
4. Coat the chicken with sweet potato flour
6. Make powdered sprinkle to be used later: add salt, pepper, five spice and sugar and mix altogether then set aside.
7. Open stove and pour a generous amount of oil into the work
8. Once oil is hot, add in the chicken
9. Cover while frying
10. Check once slightly cook, flip the chicken to even out the cooking
11. Once chicken is already cooked enough, add in the basil leaves and fry as well
12. Set aside once chicken and basil leaves are crispy and well cooked
13. Plate up and enjoy!
