You won't believe how much I'm missing The Edinburgh Fringe!

Like many people I should have been in Edinburgh this August losing a fortune, missing my family and generally struggling to get noticed as one of the thousands of comedians vying for attention.

Because of Coronavirus, I'm not, and despite the reverse of all those things mentioned above (and more) I'm missing Edinburgh and the Fringe more than I can express.

So here's a couple of verses to pay tribute to my favourite month of the year...August...and the Edinburgh Fringe Festival (or Edinburgh Festival Fringe if you're feeling pedantic)

I've written them as limericks, because this is something I've found myself to be quite good at. It's also because writing bespoke and personalised limericks is one of the rewards I'm offering as part of my crowdfunder for my Edinburgh Fringe project, School's Out Comedy Club.
