Defender OCTA, the toughest and most dynamically capable Defender ever made, was launched to New Zealand with a film shot in various locations in All Black Beauden Barrett’s home province of Taranaki.
During filming, professional off-road driving instructor Richard Moore shared some details on Defender’s most powerful model to date, equipped with a 4.4-litre Twin Turbo mild-hybrid V8 engine and capable of 0–100 km/h in under 4 seconds. Its advanced suspension, enhanced durability and dynamic engineering make it ready for New Zealand’s most challenging terrain, while still offering the refinement expected from a Defender.
