South Carolina Chicken Stew
2-3 leg quarters
6 cups of broth
2 cups of milk
1 chopped onion
1 stick of butter
1 chub of creamed corn, or one can of corn
3 medium potatoes cubed
Salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, chicken, bouillon powder, celery seed (optional)
Boil chicken, covered in water add one whole onion, chopped salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, celery seed, accent and chicken bouillon flavoring, cook until chicken is tender when cooled pick chicken from the bone and set aside.
Add broth, corn, diced potatoes, onion, butter shredded chicken, and milk, and simmer until potatoes are tender. Enjoy
