Welcome to the Finding My Flow Challenge – aka: Life with BPD, One Day at a Time
This started as a simple 30-day routine challenge to “find my flow” — to build better habits, create structure, and reconnect with myself. But halfway through, I realized something unexpected…
I was seeing my BPD reflected in the videos in ways I hadn’t even noticed before. The mood shifts, the impulsive thoughts, the identity struggles, the moments of joy followed by sudden overwhelm — it was all there, raw and real.

So I shifted the focus. This series became a true day-to-day look at what it’s like to live with Borderline Personality Disorder while still trying to create your best life.
Every vlog captures my journey — the highs, the crashes, the healing habits I lean on, and the effort it takes to keep showing up even when my brain wants to shut down.

This isn’t a highlight reel. It’s a healing reel.
