This meal is simple, rustic, and loaded with flavour, just add your fave side & tuck in.
You'll need :
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
Paprika
1 yellow onion,
1 Red Pepper
Smoked sausage, cut into ½-inch thick slices
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried thyme
Glug of red or white wine
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 cans White Beans
Chicken Stock
Salt and fresh ground black pepper, to taste
Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
