I Started Fasting! Here's My Story So Far!

I have lost 16 pounds in 2.5 months, and it’s from fasting. But it’s not just loosing weight. I am finally healing my body in the most natural way possible. It’s called autophagy. And it is from fasting. I have learned so much from Mindy Pelz book “Fast Like A Girl”. It has changed my life and I make no money off of this post by the way. I just genuinely think it could help some of you out!!! I am feeling so much better after having various health problems after having Max and Honey. God truly is good. Here is the solution to my health he gave me, and I hope it helps you to heal too!!!!
