A Quick Review of the Normcore WDT

A new toy just came in the mail. The Normcore WDT. The primary purpose of this tool is to eliminate clumps and ensure uniform extraction during espresso brewing. I'll give you a quick side by side comparison between a generic $30 WDT and the $63 Normcore. Bottom line is: The normcore has finer and more flexible needles which seems to keep the coffee grounds in place as you distribute. It basically gives you more control and a more even distribution.
