▹Synopsis:Tang Doudou (Li Qin), known as the "Tofu Beauty," is unmarried at an advanced age and firmly believes that only a truly worthy man who understands, loves, and cherishes her deserves her true love. A sudden lawsuit nearly destroys the Tang family, but they are saved by the intervention of the head of Shen Family Manor. The manor's wife, Gu Xiangping, takes a liking to Tang Doudou and arranges a marriage between her and her eldest son, Bai Nan (Jin Shijia). Bai Nan has been hailed as a child prodigy since childhood, possessing both excellent character and talent. However, on their wedding night, the prodigy is found to have the mental capacity of an eight-year-old. Tang Doudou is furious and, like a lioness, storms back to her family home. Faced with her father's sudden illness and her mother's gambling away of the dowry money, Doudou reluctantly agrees to a one-year commitment with Xiangping. Bai Nan repeatedly pursues Doudou with unwavering devotion, and amidst their playful banter, feelings begin to blossom. Contrary to her usual behavior, Xiangping, DouDou's mother-in-law, secretly manipulates the situation, plunging her into a series of life-or-death crises. The quirky and clever DouDou, along with BaiGang and WanQuan, overcomes numerous dangers and heals BaiNan. However, a fire unexpectedly causes BaiNan to completely forget everything he experienced with DouDou. DouDou resolves the crises, restores BaiNan's memory, and helps him rediscover his ideal husband.
