Today’s stop? Four Seasons. Also known as Gas Station Chinese Food. But don’t let that location fool you. Just because it’s inside a gas station doesn’t mean it’s bad—it's actually really good. Here’s what we got:

A forever classic. The perfect balance of protein, vegetables, and just the right amount of spice. Pro tip: Don’t skip the pot sticker dipping sauce.
