This video shows you a recipe for how to make easy and delicious Miso Yaki Udon - it was provided by my collbaorator Yumiko Nikaido - she lives in YTokyo and she has her finger on the button of best recipes there.
I use pork for this recipe but you can just as easily use chicken or beef or even go meat free! (Just increase the amount of vegetables.)
