Transconjunctival TCF (Singh Filtration), using 300, 500, or 600 micron Fugo blade tip. The track is made little by little, shot by shot (medium high energy setting), till the last shot opens the posterior chamber. MMC 0.02 % is deposited under the conjunctiva, followed by a suture in the conjunctiva. This patient had scarred conjunctiva at 12 O' clock, therefore the track was made on one side.
