In this solo episode I’m trying something a little different by throwing a dart at a map of Texas and starting a business wherever it lands. It hit Flats, so I drove out from Dallas Fort Worth with just 20 dollars and three rules: no using my audience, no pure internet business, and I can’t go home until I double my money. I knocked on doors, pitched simple home services, and finally landed a yard job with Leah, then hustled one dollar waters outside the Emory fair to hit the goal. Along the way I met Danny, tried to help place his puppies with the help of Arlie, and even found a smoker and an old tractor that could be great flips. It wasn’t easy, but that’s the point. Entrepreneurship is alive and well, even in the middle of nowhere. Stick around for Part 2 where I try to turn those finds into real profit.
