Sentiero dei canyon e delle Cascate or Cascate di Fanes is an amazing 3.5 hour round trip hiking up through a valley of waterfalls. The canyon is quite striking with some amazing cliffs that rise straight up towards the sky. There are a few parts where you should use a harness to secure yourself onto the steep cliffs. This is located a few kilometres from the centre of Cortina d'Ampezzo and is a great way to spend a hot summers day.
