Fortune and Bartaman presents বর্ষামঙ্গল উৎসব. We were invited as judge. It is a cooking competition between different housing socities in our city. We went to Sherwood Estate. All the best authentic bengali hilsha or ilish dishes were prepared by the contestants. There were some of the best authentic bengali food items over here. We enjoyed a lot. These were some of the best ilish bengali dishes I ever had along with ilish korma, ilish bhorta, bhape ilish, gondhoraj ilish. This is the best Hilsha fish or best ilish I rver tried. There were some of the best traditional bengali food items. We thoroughly enjoyed the bengali delicacies.
