This video falls under fair use as it is a transformative work that gives new expression and meaning to the original Square Enix Final Fantasy Tactics characters. Rather than simply reproducing the original art, it uses AI tools to reimagine each character’s design with modern graphics, presenting an entirely new interpretation that could not exist without creative input and significant alterations.
