For the gravy:
2 tbs neutral oil
3 tbs chopped garlic
125 gr sliced chicken breast or thigh
100 gr shrimp
50 gr squid
40 gr sliced carrots
40 gr fish balls
40 gr beef balls
40 gr canned split mushrooms and 50 gr canned button mushrooms (can use any mushrooms you like)
75 gr broccoli
75 gr cabbage
About 2 1/2 cans of chicken broth
2 tsp sugar in the raw
white pepper to taste
salt to taste
2 1/2 tsp chicken powder
2 tbs + 2 tps oyster sauce
2 tbs + 1 tsp low sodium soy sauce
About 6 tbs cornstarch diluted in a small amount of water or chicken broth
1 1/2 tsp sesame seed oil (put in last)
