I spent the day cooking Afghan food! Afghan food originates from Afghanistan which is a country in south Central Asia. It has a beautiful food culture, and in todays video we will explore this.

In Afghanistan, people are suffering this has been continuing for decades as the result of war and terror. Woman are suffering and are discriminated against and have absolutely no rights.
