[BM SFM] Echo-3-Juliet

I remember playing Black Mesa and hearing this audio in one of the Chapters. There was something about the HECU's dialogue that painted a dark idea of how hopeless this operation was.

The hallways and small rooms were all put together in the Hammer Editor by me, I've been wanting to pick up on map making and so far this tool has been useful diving into SFM.

I started this project back in January and I was completely unaware that JoAcoNS had the same idea of animating the same audio, putting a years worth of Gmod work into his animation.
