The Essence of the Book of Philippians (5) “Having the Mind of Christ” (Part 2)

經文：腓2:6-18
Scriptures: Philippians 2:6-18
背誦經文： 6 祂本有 神的形像， 不以自己與 神同等為強奪的； 7 反倒虛己， 取了奴僕的形像， 成為人的樣式； 8 既有人的樣子，就自己卑微， 存心順服，以至於死， 且死在十字架上。 (腓2:6-8)
Memorization Scripture:
6 who, being in the form of God, did not consider it robbery to be equal with God, 7 but made Himself of no reputation, taking the form of a bondservant, and coming in the likeness of men.8 And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient to the point of death, even the death of the cross. (Philippians 2:6-8)

A) 什麼是『基督耶穌的心』？
What is “the mind of Christ”?
1) 降卑
To humble Himself
－祂本有 神的形像， 不以自己與 神同等為強奪的 (v6)
Who, being in the form of God, did not consider it robbery to be equal with God (v6)
2) 捨己
To deny Himself
－反倒虛己 (emptied Himself – DB/NASB or made Himself nothing – NIV)， 取了奴僕 (bondservant) 的形像， 成為人的樣式 (v7)
Emptied Himself (DB/NASB) / Made Himself nothing (NIV), taking the form of a bondservant, and coming in the likeness of men (v7)
3) 順服
To obey
－既有人的樣子，就自己卑微， 存心順服，以至於死， 且死在十字架上 (v8)
And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient to the point of death, even the death of the cross (v8)

B) 在榮耀裡的基督
The Christ in glory

1) 父神將祂升為至高 (v9a)
God has highly exalted Him (v9a)
2) 賜給祂那超乎萬名之上的名 (v9b)
God has given Him the name which is above every name (v9b)
3) 萬膝跪拜祂，萬口頌揚祂， 使榮耀歸與父 神
Every knee should bow to Him, every tongue should praise Him, to the glory of God the Father
－一切在天上的、地上的，和地底下的， 因耶穌的名無不屈膝， 無不口稱「耶穌基督為主」， 使榮耀歸與父 神。(v10-11)
At the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. (v10-11)
