Changing bags. Sheepskin to Canmore Hybrid

As part of the effort to get back in piping shape, I'm changing the bag on my Kintail ABW's from the Begg small sheepskin (which is actually my favorite) to a Canmore Hybrid with zipper and grommets.
The reason for the change is, the sheepskin is rather old and dry, and while it likely has life still in it, playing it enough to get it moisturized again, seasoned etc, would be a distraction at this point, when I need to be back at the beginning for the most part and actually playing, and focusing on rhythm, musicality etc. Distractions.. with limited time... baaaad.
So, I joined the Pipers DoJo again, with a one year up front premier account (accountability and having skin in the game), and if I'm going to pay for the program, I need to follow the program, meaning, simplify simplify simplify, stick to the core basics until "unconsciously competent" before moving on . Getting all my stands of pipes back to ready to play at a moments notice without excessive fiddling etc is part of that.
So, PIpers Dojo and Pipers Hut, lets get me back to sounding..... not horrible.
