Stromboli on the Big Green Egg

This is a "Short" video on the the things you can cook on the Big Green Egg if you just use a little imagination??? Today we cooked Stromboli on the Big Green Egg. It turned out AWESOME! This is one of our first cooks using out Big Green Egg, and we are very pleased. We're excited about the potential it provides us. Come ride along and see where this adventure winds up. It doesn't get any better than this! Buckle up and Settle Down Good!!

**Ingredients**
1. Refrigerated Pizza Dough
2. Sauce (2 Egg Yolks (Save the Whites), 1Tbl Parmesan Cheese, 1 t Parsley, 1 t garlic powder, 1 t oregano, 1/4 t pepper, 2 Tbl Olive Oil)
3. 1/4lb Large Pepperoni sliced thin
4. 1/4lb Ham sliced thin
5. 1/4lb Genoa Salami sliced thin
6. 1/4lb Provolone Cheese sliced thin (Or your favorite cheese)
7. Brush the stromboli with the egg whites before cooking. This will help brown the crust.
8. Cook at 350 degrees on a pizza stone until done.
