Thank you for mezzying around in Starship Troopers Extermination gameplay! Update 1.6 is here and we've got plenty to show off with that new spawning system in play! What are you waiting for Trooper? Get on that bounce!

1.6 Update is here for every trooper across the Federation to enjoy!

Rough Patch Notes:

Overall:
-New Spawning System With "The Director" to guarantee smoother spawning, improved performance, more consistent enemies, and cinematic moments to watch over and over again.

-Bullets and projectiles have improved feel and can even richochet off terrain or armored bugs.

-New Game Mode: Critical Strike! Take your fireteam into uncharted areas of Valaka and Agni Prime to secure caches of Archigeon that's been found in the wake of bug meteors. Complete side objectives and regroup with the rest of Brimstone because you start all alone...

-Bug Holes: No longer will Archie just spawn solely underfoot. They've rediscovered the ability to make holes and will use them like we would a Rally Beacon except actually use them because Rally Beacon is terrible. Small-arms fire can't breach this so prep your Nuke Pacs or M-55 portable nuke to give'em what for!

New Weapon: M55 Rocket Launcher. Nuke'em Rico! Find on weapons' caches dotted about the map and show the bugs not even they can survive a nuclear winter.

-Galactic Front Leaderboard: Show off to all the citizens of the Federation with an in-game leaderboard of who's earned the most Victory Points for the current Galaxtic Front. RAID Team will be number 1 again!

-Camera feedback has been improved to not overlap with experience gain too much.

-Hive Hunts will now spawn TOADs closer to the action to minimize backtracking.

-The Royal Guard has seen an improvement, brining a so-called "Elite" variant into play. But there's nothing more elite than humanity. Even if both of'em are packing increased resistance to explosives now.

Weapon and Utility Changes

-Morita II's underwent a slight name chance and improvements to plasma under barrel handling.
-Chi Hong Grenade Launcher now has a Holo Sight attachment at level 4 to track your grenade arc.
-Nuke Packs will penetrate bug corpses ensuring greater effect.
-Proximity mines now do 6,000 damage. A Tiger has 8,000 health for frame of reference.

Mission Tunings:

-AAS missions have Extermination brought back. So brining it back to the bugs, troopers.
-New Mutators!: Bug Batteries, Rescue Mission and M-55 Caches.
