사회문화교육학석사(M.A.)

금 또는 토: 2년(4학기)
학과 공통필수 6학점 + 전공 18학점 = 총 24학점(논문대체)

미래교육리더십 전공에서는 미래를 준비하는 교육과 미래사회가 더 아름답게 될 수 있도록 씨앗을 뿌리는 교육을 이끄는 리더를 양성한다. 미래에 좋은 리더가 된다는 것은 서로 나누고 돕는 공동체로 이끄는 섬김의 리더십이다. 올바른 방향, 미래에 맞는 도구를 가진 섬김의 리더를 세우는 것이다.

미래 사회는 직업을 여러 차례 바꾸는 사회이고 인공지능 사회이고 로봇기술이 발달된 사회이다. 이런 사회에서 필요한 리더는 창의적이고, 공유를 잘하고, 다른 사람의 의견과 철학에 열려 있고, 어려운 상황에서 평상심을 유지하는 능력을 가진 자이다. 그러한 리더만이 새로운 교육 패러다임을 받아들이고 적용할 수 있다. 그래서 리더십이 강조된 미래교육이 지향되고 있다. 교육의 툴을 단순히 배우는 게 아니라 그것을 포함해서 섬기는 리더로 세운다는 정체성을 갖고 있는 것이다.

본 과정은 일단 민초에서 필요로 한다. 기존의 교육학과에서는 깊이 들어갈 수 없는 내용들을 다루고 적용학습중심으로 진행되기 때문이다. 또한 이론중심이 아닌 이론과 현장을 아우르는 하이브리드 방식 수업을 하는 과정이기 때문이다.
