The Royal Family's very different Christmas | Royal Insight with Camilla Tominey

The Queen is the focal point of royal celebrations at Christmas and likes to lead proceedings - so much so that her family are only allowed to go to bed on December 25 when she says it is time to do so.

But even for them, the Covid-19 pandemic has forced a re-think and the Royals are not exempt from the restrictions we all face during the festive season.

Despite scaling back - and celebrating at Windsor Castle rather than in Sandringham - the Queen and Prince Philip are still expected to be welcoming several familiar faces on Christmas Day.
