Ingredients:
225g dark chocolate
75g butter
3 eggs
100g white sugar
125g brown sugar
60g Liquid oil
160g pastry flour
50g cocoa powder
20 to 23cm square pan (my pan size is 20 x 20)
Recipe:
First, melt the butter and chocolate in a bowl using a bain-marie method or in the microwave and stir well until a smooth mixture is obtained. Then, take another bowl and break the eggs in it. Now stir them a little until the yolk and white are mixed together. Then, add the brown sugar, white sugar, and liquid oil to the eggs until they are mixed well. Take a larger bowl and pour the egg and sugar mixture into it. Then add the chocolate and butter mixture and stir well until a smooth mixture is formed. Finally, sift the pastry flour and cocoa powder into the ingredients in three steps and stir. Don't forget to use a spatula to bring the ingredients from the bottom of the bowl to the ingredients once or twice. Line the mould with greaseproof paper and pour the prepared mixture into the mould and then put it in the oven at 160 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. After this time, bake the chocolate brownie cake and let it cool a little, then remove it from the mould and remove the sides of the cake, and then cut it into desired sizes.
The chocolate brownie is ready to serve. Enjoy.
