Ratio is a fundamental mathematical concept used to compare two or more quantities of the same kind. It expresses how many times one quantity is contained within another, often written as a:b or a/b. .In this chapter, you will learn to simplify ratios (e.g., 10:15 to 2:3), find equivalent ratios, and divide a quantity in a given ratio.
