杭州余杭区 - 未来科技城 Hangzhou Future Science and Technology City -4K

杭州未來科技城，即浙江海外高層次人才創新園（簡稱海創園），位於杭州市區以西餘杭區境內，東鄰西溪濕地和浙江大學紫金港校區，向西為餘杭南湖，是浙江省政府為響應中共中央組織部海外引進人才的「千人計劃」而規劃的人才特區、科技新城，以「人才 + 資本 + 民企」的海外引才模式為特色，也是中共中央組織部、國務院國資委在北京、天津、武漢等地建立的四座未來科技城之一。
未來科技城聚集阿里巴巴全球總部、字節跳動、菜鳥全球總部、OPPO全球移動終端研發總部、VIVO全球AI研發中心、同花順、中電海康 、中國移動研發中心、中國電信浙江創新園 、湖畔創研中心 、人工智能小鎮、夢想小鎮、抖音集團、奧克斯中心。
Hangzhou Future Science and Technology City, Zhejiang Overseas High-level Talents Innovation Park (referred to as Haichuang Park), is located in Yuhang District to the west of Hangzhou City, adjacent to Xixi Wetland and Zijingang Campus of Zhejiang University in the east, and Yuhang Nanhu Lake in the west. The provincial government plans to respond to the "Thousand Talents Plan" of the Central Organization Department of the Communist Party of China to introduce talents overseas. The talent zone and new technology city are characterized by the overseas talent introduction model of "talent + capital + private enterprises". It is one of the four future science and technology cities established by the Commission in Beijing, Tianjin, Wuhan and other places.
Future Technology City gathers Alibaba Global Headquarters, Bytedance, Cainiao Global Headquarters, OPPO Global Mobile Terminal R&D Headquarters, VIVO Global AI R&D Center, Flush, China Electronics Hikvision, China Mobile R&D Center, China Telecom Zhejiang Innovation Park, Hupan Innovation Research Center, Artificial Intelligence Town, Dream Town, Douyin Group, Oaks Center.
