Welcome to my first playthrough of my new favorite Final Fantasy game, FFVIII!
As I'm typing this, I am giddy with excitement at my ability to relive this experience. This series is prerecorded, and therefore I have already completed the game over on my Twitch channel. However, I can confidently say that having completed this game, it is now my favorite new Final Fantasy title. FF8 brings all the ingenuity and challenge of a Final Fantasy game to life in a new way, with deep and edgy characters that I've grown to care for a lot. While it is a polarizing title within the series, I am strongly on the side of "this game slaps". I sincerely hope that you all enjoy this playthrough as much as I did!
