Hey it’s me Melina KB, and WELCOME BACK to my YouTube! It feels absolutely amazing to post again and put my music back out into the world after two years of a YouTube-break, and I am so excited for you guys to hear this original I wrote!

This video captures my live performance at the Berklee College of Music Performing Songwriter Showcase in the Red Room of Cafe 939, on July 31st, 2018!! “Let Me Explode” is a song about falling for my best friend and dying to make a move, even though we both agreed it wasn’t best for our friendship to take that risk.

I am so thankful for Berklee for all of the opportunities they’ve given me (Sidewalk-Series performances at the Berklee Bookstore, Caf-Shows in the big Berklee cafeteria, performing in Jekyll & Hyde the musical, and a full-ride to Berklee 5-Week 2019!) and I am beyond honored to have been chosen to be a part of this incredible showcase! Berklee’s Aspire: Five-Week Music Performance Intensive was one of the most life-changing experiences for me, and being in this showcase in particular was the moment where I knew singing and songwriting was what I wanted to do for the rest of my life.
