Note: There's a rules interaction between "FADING MEMORIES" and "ZHONYA'S HOURGLASS" which the discourse on the Official Community Riftbound Discord's rules channels is still being discussed. However, unless Riot Games says otherwise: it does appear "ZHONYA'S HOURGLASS" is a hard counter to TEMPORARY keyword.
Unless Riot Games says otherwise: the rules appear to be that TEMPORARY cannot be stacked and the player controlling the Unit with TEMPORARY has control over that trigger. So, there's zero way to prevent the opponent from using "ZHONYA'S HOURGLASS" from saving the Unit. Additionally, since TEMPORARY only triggers on the Unit's controller's turn, despite the TEMPORARY still remaining on the Unit, it won't attempt to trigger again until your opponent's following turn.
