પંચાયતના રેકોર્ડ ગાયબ, કામો ડબલ, ચુકવણીઓ પૂરી! વાંકાનેડા ગ્રામ પંચાયતના કામોની નિષ્પક્ષ તપાસની માંગ

ડેસર તાલુકાના વાંકાનેડા જૂથ ગ્રામ પંચાયતમા માહિતી અધિકાર અધિનિયમ 2005 હેઠળ માહિતીઓ માંગવામાં આવી હતી અને ત્યારબાદ તમામ કામોની તપાસ કરતા ખૂબ જ મોટા પાયે ભ્રષ્ટાચાર બહાર આવ્યો છે જેમાં પીવાના પાણીના હે હેન્ડ પંપ દર્શાવવામાં આવ્યા છે પણ હેન્ડ પંપ સ્થળ પર જોવા નામળ્યા ના હતા અને બિલ ચૂકવાઇ ગયા છે આરસીસી રોડ અને અન્ય વિકાસના કામોમાં સ્થળ ચકાસણી કરતા કાગળ અને હકીકત વચ્ચે મોટો તફાવત દેખાયો હતો ગ્રામ પંચાયતના અનેક રેકોર્ડ ગાયબ છે એક જ સ્થળે એક જ વર્ષમાં બે વિકાસના કામો કરવામાં આવ્યા છે અનેક માહિતીઓ તાલુકા વિકાસ અધિકારી દ્વારા શુન્ય માહિતી દર્શાવીને ભ્રષ્ટાચાર છુપાવાનો પ્રયાસ કર્યો હતો ગ્રામસભાના હિસાબ પણ જાહેર કર્યા નથી કે આપતા નથી મનરેગા ના કામોના દાડિયાપત્રક પણ માહિતી અધિકાર અધિનિયમમાં આપ્યા નથી અને જણાવેલ છે કે પંચાયતમાં રેકોર્ડ ઉપલબ્ધ નથી ગામના નાગરિકોના જોબકાર્ડ હોવા છતાં બહારના વ્યક્તિઓના નામે કામો કરાવીને નાણાં ચૂક્યા છે જેટલા પણ વિકાસના કામો કર્યા છે તેના કોઈ ફોટોગ્રાફ્સ કે વિડીયો પંચાયતના રેકોર્ડમાં ઉપલબ્ધ નથી તેમ જણાવેલ છે ત્યારે આજે વાંકાનેડા ગામના જાગૃત નાગરિકો દ્વારા વડોદરા શહેરના જિલ્લા વિકાસ અધિકારીને આવેદનપત્ર આપીને આ તમામ હકીકત ને નિષ્પક્ષ તપાસ કરવાની માંગ કરી હતી.
Information was sought under the Right to Information Act 2005 in the Wankaneda group Gram Panchayat of Desar taluka and after that, a large-scale corruption was revealed after investigating all the works, in which drinking water hand pumps were shown, but the hand pumps were not visible at the site and the bills had been paid. During the site inspection of RCC roads and other development works, a big difference was found between the paper and the reality. Many records of the Gram Panchayat are missing. Two development works have been done at the same place in the same year. Many information has been given by the Taluka Development Officer in an attempt to hide corruption by showing zero information. The accounts of the Gram Sabha have not been published or given. The annual report of the MGNREGA works has also not been given under the Right to Information Act and it has been stated that the records are not available in the Panchayat. Despite the job cards of the villagers, money has been spent by getting works done in the names of outsiders. No photographs or videos of all the development works done are available in the Panchayat records, as has been stated. Today, Wankaneda The aware citizens of the village submitted a petition to the District Development Officer of Vadodara city, demanding an impartial investigation into all these facts.
