Selecting the right pans can be tricky as there are so many options out there, I have provided you with the basic information you need to select a quality stainless steel pan that will last you a lifetime

Do not go for a cheap 200 series pan as they are awful, focus on the 300 series and multiple ply pans. You may need to spend a bit more money, but I promise you it is worth it

So when you search for a stainless steel pan just make sure its 18/10 or 18/8 and if you search for the series 18/10 is 316 and 18/8 is 304

Tip 1: Never add cold food to your pan

Cleaning your stainless steel pan. Most of the time you can add water to a hot pan and the residue will slide right off, however if you have burned the oil or you have stains which you cannot remove, get yourself a stainless steel cleaner, such as barkeepers friend
