I can create a safe space for people, but I can't make them feel safe.
I'm learning that, until men and women of God decide to heal we can never flourish in the same space. The trauma was not your fault, however it is now your responsibility. Your triggers are also not someone else's responsibility. When we get triggered we need to learn to reflect and ask "Why do I feel this way?",
"Why did what they say bother me?" instead of pointing fingers and blaming the other person. Men and women of God we need to HEAL!
If we don't heal how can we have the heart, mind and eyes to see and receive What God has for us?
