Mortgage Modification in Foreclosure- Trial Judge CANNOT Order a Modification

This really is a most incredible appeal...the entire case is a mess and you can certainly understand after watching it why the appellate court has real frustration. A homeowner running on the mortgage modification hampster wheel and continues to file motions asking the court to set aside a foreclosure sale.
